Do you ever wish you could just get out of your own way?
My name is Staci Carlton, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud owner of Austin Therapy Wise.
I am an interactive therapist that focuses on coaching lasting change for when you are ready for that life shift. Clients who work well with me have already achieved success in their lives but they still feel like they are falling short. Self help, behavior changes and external success only get us 80% of the way. I am the therapist that specializes in that final 20% - integration, wholeness, and realized peace.
My process with you will consist of identifying your goals, evaluating the historic and present barriers to achievement and finding your new ways of living. Along the way, discovering narratives that are holding you back, pulling them from the roots of your psychology and freeing you from their influence.
Let me be even more clear - I am the therapist that does the DEEP work. I love helping people live more emotionally CLEAN, MINIMAL and BALANCED.
I have been practicing for 15 years. My career started in Boston, MA where I was educated and trained by remarkable minds in the psychology field. Because of the quality of my education and training, I have a high standard of care. I handle my clients with unwavering ethics and exceptional respect - YOU are the EXPERT of your life.
